Product Introduction
CTC8096 (GoldenGate) is a high-performance Ethernet switch designed for high-density 10GE/40GE applications. The unique "Lingyun" design of the chip integrates a number of application innovations, including "Cloud Vision", "Cloud Resilience", "Cloud Surge", "Cloud Leap" and "Cloud Knowledge", providing a highly competitive hardware acceleration solution for network virtualization applications.
CTC8096 inherits rich features, including basic L2 and L3 applications to various advanced and complex networking functions, which also makes CTC8096 ideal for convergence applications of various complex networks.
CTC8096 provides up to 96 x 10GE interfaces, or 24 x 40GE, or 80 x 10GE + 4 x 100GE. Its SerDes is designed to meet multiple port protocols: SGMII/XAUI/DXAUI/XFI/SFI/10G-KR/40G-KR4/100G-KR4.
